Tom Besselman Tom Besselman has over 30 years of experience as an independent life and health insurance agent. Tom was a founder and the first president of the Louisiana Agents Coalition. Tom obtained his license to sell securities and is currently registered through VSR Financial Services, Inc. His expertise and problem-solving personality has helped him to grow his business and become one of the largest independent insurance brokers in the state.		Jay Little Jay Little has had a successful insurance agency in the Baton Rouge area for over 36 years. He has trained and guided many agents in his career and takes pride in working along side his son, Trey Little. They both have built a very large block of business in the group benefits arena. Jay's main area of expertise is in the group health and employee benefits. Jay is a life and qualifying member of MDRT and a member of NAIFA and AHIA.

Producers
Jim Besselman, Jr. Producer Jim Besselman, Jr. has graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Business Administration. Jim has been in the financial services industry for over 15 years and specializes in employee benefits and business planning. He is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (Greater New Orleans Chapters). Jim is currently working to obtain his Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations.

Tommy Besselman, Jr. Producer Thomas C. Besselman, Jr. holds a degree in finance from Louisiana State University and has been in the insurance business since 1997. Thomas gained several years of experience and expertise from UBS PaineWebber, specializing in the areas of corporate and individual retirement plans. He is a member of the Baton Rouge Chapter of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.



Trey Little Producer, LUTCF, RFC Trey Little has been in the insurance business for over 19 years. Trey is the past President of NAIFA-Baton Rouge and NAIFA-Louisiana, a member of MDRT, NAHU, and NAIFA. He was named 2004 Advisor of the Year for NAIFA-Baton Rouge, was honored in 2007 with the Business Report's Top 40 under 40 Award, and was recognized as the 2008 NAIFA Louisiana Member of the Year. He is currently studying for his RHU and REBC designations. Trey graduated from LA Tech University in 1991 with a degree in Accounting and is a graduate of the Life In Leadership Institute. Trey also holds the designations of LUTCF and RFC.

Casey D. Roussel Producer Casey D. Roussel is a graduate of Tulane University. He is a licensed insurance agent and has been with the agency for five years.

Sherry Soileau Producer, RHU, CLTC Sherry Soileau has been with the agency since 1983. She has earned her Registered Health Underwriter and Certified Long Term Care designations. Sherry has been an active board member and officer for many years in the state and local Association of Health Underwriters and the Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors chapters. In 2007, she was named Advisor of the Year for NAIFA-Baton Rouge and is currently serving as the Political Action Committee chair for both associations.

Zack Stafford Producer Zack Stafford has been providing insurance services to individuals and businesses since 1996. He has earned a Masters in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the Baton Rouge Chapter of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

Ray Wylie Producer, LUTCF Ray Wylie has 30 years experience in the life and health insurance industry. Most of his time has been divided between personal production and sales management and training. He earned the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow Designation and moderated the courses leading to the designation for three years. A majority of his time in the field has been in management of a leading Voluntary Benefits Carrier. Ray is a 20yr Army and Desert Storm Vet with multiple Army Achievement and Army Commendation Awards.

Bob Kennedy Producer Bob Kennedy has been a licensed insurance agent since 1973. He joined the agency in 2008 with 35 years of experience as an insurance carrier representative and 2 years of experience as an independent agent. Bob is a graduate of the University of Louisville and works to provide excellent service and benefits to both large and small groups. He is also very experienced in self-funded and fully insured large groups with diverse benefits.

Account Executives and Administrative Staff

Kim T. Breard Senior Account Executive Kim Breard has been working with the agency since 2001. She is a licensed Louisiana Health and Life Insurance agent and a graduate of Louisiana State University. Kim specializes in employee health benefits. She enjoys working directly with clients to build relationships and helping them meet their goals.		Darby Stewart Account Executive Darby Stewart is a licensed insurance agent and has been with the agency since October 2006. She holds a BA from Louisiana State University. Her expertise is in customer service, client account advising, and sales.		Wendy Duthu Account Executive Wendy Duthu is a licensed agent with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Wendy has been with the agency since 1997, and specializes in both sales and service.

Kacey Zillner Account Executive Kacey Zillner is a licensed insurance agent and has been with the agency since July of 2009. She works to provide customer service and account advising to our clients. She is also working diligently with our sales staff to learn more about the sales side of the business.		Tracey Madison Account Executive Tracey Madison is a licensed insurance agent and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern Louisiana University. She has been in the insurance industry for 7 years and specializes in customer service.		Bonnie Schwartz Account Executive Bonnie is a licensed insurance agent and has been affiliated with the agency since 2003. She has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years and specializes in both sales and service for our New Orleans office.

Amie Besselman Accountant Amie A. Besselman graduated from Louisiana State University in December of 2003 with bachelor degrees in Finance and Accounting. She has been with Besselman & Little since 2005 and brings several years of accounting experience to the agency.		Ginger Fritsche Marketing Director Ginger Fritsche is a licensed insurance agent and a Louisiana State University graduate with a degree in Marketing. She joined the agency in December 2010 to provide agent support and head all marketing projects and campaigns.		Ronnie LaBorde Executive Director Ronnie LaBorde has nearly 30 years management experience. He has worked for large public companies as well as smaller private companies. He currently serves on the board of directors for several companies. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a Masters in Finance, both from Louisiana State University.

Cynthia Ortego Account Advisor Cynthia is a licensed insurance agent who joined the agency in 2009 with 25 years of experience in finance. She has been a Notary Public since 1992. Cynthia assists clients with membership & claims and will be focusing on life insurance in the near future.		Callie Marx Account Executive Callie joined the agency in August 2011.
